Abandoned Cart follows up on the orders that almost happened. When a logged-in client fills the cart and leaves, the cart is saved and the client is reminded at the times you choose.

A link that restores the cart

Each reminder lists what was in the cart and carries a link that puts every item back, ready to check out. Nothing to search for and choose again.

A sequence you design

It starts with three reminders after one hour, one day and three days. Change the timing, the subject and the wording, or add more. A reminder can carry a promotion code that is applied the moment the client opens the link, so you can keep the discount for the last attempt.

It knows when to stop

Reminders end when the client orders, empties the cart, or uses the stop link in the email, and a cart is dropped after the number of days you set. Changing the cart starts the sequence again; a visit to the cart pushes the next reminder back.

Proof that it pays

The overview shows carts started, carts reminded, orders placed after a reminder, the recovery rate and the list value recovered, for the last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. The carts list shows every saved cart and lets you stop reminders for one.

Reminders are for clients who are logged in while shopping: WHMCS does not know a new visitor's email address until checkout.
