Client Notifications lets you speak to customers where they already are: inside the client area. Announce maintenance to the people on one server, offer an upgrade to everyone on a starter plan, or remind a client that a renewal is a week away, without sending another email that goes unread.

Three ways to be seen

An alert is a coloured bar at the top of every page until the client closes it. A popup is a dialog shown once, once a day, once per login or on every page. A notification lands in the notification centre and is counted on the bell.

Shown to the right clients

Target by client, client group, active product, product group, addon or domain ending. Fill in several and choose whether a client must match all of them or any one. Give each message a start and an end time and it appears and disappears by itself.

Notifications that write themselves

Switch on automatic notifications for a new invoice, a suspended or terminated service, and services or domains falling due in the number of days you set.

In the client's language

Add a subject and text per WHMCS language. Clients using a language you have not translated get the main text.

Know what was read

The dashboard counts scheduled, active and expired messages and shows views per message for the last 24 hours, 7 days and all time, with a 30-day chart.
