Expense Tracker puts the other half of your books into WHMCS. WHMCS already knows what your customers paid you; this addon records what you paid for servers, licences, domains, salaries and everything else, so one screen shows whether a month made money.

Every expense, with its paperwork

Each expense has a category, a vendor, an amount in any of your WHMCS currencies, a transaction number, a date or a period, and the product, server or TLD the money was spent on. Attach the bill or receipt; it is kept out of public reach and served only to logged-in admins.

Paid, part paid, pending

Record payments against an expense in one go or in parts. An expense stays pending until its payments add up, and the dashboard shows how much is still owed in each currency.

Recurring costs book themselves

Mark an expense monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or yearly and the WHMCS daily cron books it again on every due date. Nothing to re-key on the first of the month.

Reports you can hand to your accountant

Expenses per category, per vendor and per currency, pending expenses, and expenses against income taken from your WHMCS transactions. Filter by period, currency, vendor and category, group by month, quarter or year, and download any report as CSV.
