Filantis Phone is a SIP softphone for your Windows PC that looks and feels like a modern app, not a 2005 dialog box. Enter the username, password and domain your provider gave you — Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Kamailio or any hosted SIP service — and you are making calls from your headset in a minute.

Everything a desk phone does

Dial from the keypad or your contacts, see who is calling on a pop-up card over any app, hold, transfer (straight away or after asking first), record, send keypad tones to menus and juggle several calls at once. Missed calls show on the taskbar tray and in a colour-coded call log.

HD voice and video

Opus and G.722 wideband audio, Windows' own echo cancellation and noise suppression for laptop speakers, and VP8 video calls with your webcam. Calls can be encrypted end to end with TLS signalling and SRTP media.

Works on awkward networks

UDP, TCP or TLS; outbound proxy; STUN; keep-alives that hold your home router open so incoming calls always arrive; and a SIP trace log for your provider's support team.
