India GST Invoicing for WHMCS
GST tax invoices from WHMCS: CGST + SGST or IGST worked out by state, GSTIN checks, SAC codes, financial-year invoice numbers and GSTR-1 exports.
Hosting Quota Notifications turns the usage figures WHMCS already collects into timely emails. A client who hears at 80% buys an upgrade; a client who finds out at 100% opens a ticket.
Disk space or bandwidth, a percentage to warn at, all products or chosen ones, and who is told: the client, your staff, or both. Add as many steps as you like, such as 80, 90 and 100%.
When an account is over several thresholds only the highest is sent. Climbing to the next step sends that one. Each rule is sent once, or again every so many days while the account stays over. Dropping back under every threshold resets the account.
Write the subject and message per rule with placeholders for the client's name, service, domain, percentage, amount used and limit, or leave them empty for a sensible default.
The Usage tab lists services at or above a percentage you choose with disk and bandwidth meters, worst first, and a button to run the check at once. The Sent tab is the log of every warning.
