Product Feedback Center asks the question while the answer is fresh. A client who has just asked to cancel will tell you why; a client one week into a new service will tell you what is missing.

Sent at the right moment

Send a survey when a client asks to cancel, a number of days after a purchase, or by hand to the clients you pick. Limit a survey to chosen products. Each service is asked once per survey.

Surveys written in a minute

Type one question per line: a 1 to 5 rating, a choice from your own answers, yes or no, or a free comment. A ready-made cancellation survey is filled in when you start.

Easy to answer

The email has one button. The survey opens in your client-area design without logging in, and a link can be answered once.

Results you can act on

For every question: the average rating, the count and share of each answer as bars, and the comments. See how many clients were asked and how many answered, and download every answer as CSV with client and service.
