Quotes Automation takes the hand work out of WHMCS quotes: writing the same quote again, remembering to chase it, and turning a yes into an order.

Write a quote once

A template holds the subject, validity, proposal text, customer notes and lines with quantity, unit price, discount and tax. Pick a template, type one or more client IDs, and the quotes are created as drafts to adjust or emailed straight away.

From quote to order

A template line can name a product and billing cycle. When the client accepts, WHMCS raises its invoice as usual and a pending order is created for those products with no second invoice. Staff are emailed that the quote was accepted and which order was made.

Follow-ups without a diary

A reminder goes to the client a few days after a quote was sent with no answer, then at the interval you choose, up to your limit. A warning goes out before the valid-until date, and expired quotes can be closed automatically.

A pipeline at a glance

Quotes by stage with their value, how many are waiting, win rate and average days to accept, plus the list of quotes waiting for an answer with their follow-up count. The Activity tab lists everything the addon did.

Works with WHMCS's own quotes through its API, so numbering, PDFs and emails stay standard, and quotes you write by hand are followed up too.
