Tap Payments for Webasyst Shop-Script connects your store to Tap, the payment gateway used across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. One Tap account, one plugin, and your customers pay with the method they already use at home.

Every Gulf payment method on one page

Customers pay on Tap's secure checkout page with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, mada, KNET, Benefit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods enabled on your Tap account. Card details are typed on Tap's page and never touch your server. The page opens in English or Arabic to match your storefront, and 3D Secure is handled for you.

Refund from the order screen

Open the order in Shop-Script and press Refund — in full or in part, as many times as needed until the whole payment is returned. No need to sign in to the Tap dashboard.

Authorize now, capture later

Prefer to charge only when you ship? Place a hold on the card at checkout, then capture the money or release the hold from the order screen. A hold you do not capture is released automatically after 7 days.

Orders are marked paid reliably

The plugin never trusts the browser. When the customer returns — or when Tap notifies your store directly — it asks Tap for the payment, and marks the order paid only if the order, amount and currency all match. An order cannot be paid twice.

Set up in two minutes

Install the plugin, paste one secret key from your Tap dashboard, and save. The settings page tells you at once whether the key works and whether it is a test or a live key. A test key takes test payments; switch to your live key when you are ready.

Good to know

You need your own Tap Payments merchant account. The payment methods shown are the ones enabled on that account. Orders are charged in the order currency and are never converted.
