Every touch, per person

Calls made and connected, calls answered and missed, talk time, e-mails sent and received, meetings held, to-dos done, and open activities that are already past their deadline. Touches per day lets you compare a full-timer with someone who joined mid-month.

Activity by day shows quiet days at a glance — for the whole team or one person — and calls by hour of day shows when your team really picks up the phone.

Works with or without Bitrix24 telephony

With the telephony permission the app reads Bitrix24's call statistics for missed calls and talk time. Without it, calls are counted from the CRM call activities and the app says so.
