Know about a new order the moment it is placed — on your phone, or in a group with the people who pack and ship. Telegram Order Alerts sends Shop-Script orders to Telegram through your own bot: no app to install, no service to sign up for.

What arrives

Order number, total, status and storefront. Switch on what else you want: the items with quantities and prices, the customer's name, phone and email, the shipping method and address, and the payment method. Choose which events to hear about — new, confirmed, paid, shipped, ready for pickup, completed, refunded, cancelled, restored.

Two-minute setup

Create a bot with @BotFather, paste its token, send /start to the bot and press Save — the plugin finds the chat ID by itself. Add the bot to a group to alert the whole team. Tick “Send a test message” to check everything; if Telegram refuses, you see its own error on the settings page.

Never in the way

Messages go out with a short timeout, and any problem is written to the log, so a slow or blocked Telegram can never hold up checkout or a payment callback. For servers that reach Telegram through a proxy, there is a Bot API address field.
