BillDesk for WooCommerce connects your store to BillDesk, one of India's largest payment gateways. BillDesk publishes plugins for some other carts, but not for WooCommerce; this plugin fills that gap for the current BillDesk API (v1.2).
Every way India pays
The customer chooses BillDesk at checkout and pays on BillDesk's own page: credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and EMI, as enabled on your BillDesk account. No card or bank details touch your server.
Orders are marked paid three ways
When the customer comes back, the plugin reads BillDesk's signed answer. If the browser never returns, BillDesk's webhook does the job. And as a safety net the plugin asks BillDesk again by itself after 15 minutes, 1 hour and later. An order is marked paid only for a successful transaction of this order, for this order's amount.
Signed and encrypted, as BillDesk requires
Requests are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and signed (HS256) with the keys BillDesk gives you, and every answer is verified before it is believed. A return page with a forged or tampered result is ignored and the real status is fetched from BillDesk.
Refund from the order screen
Press Refund on the order, enter the amount, choose "Refund via BillDesk". Full and partial refunds, without signing in to BillDesk.
Made for support work
An order action checks the payment status with BillDesk on demand. An optional log shows every request and answer. Payments still pending at the bank put the order on hold and resolve themselves.
Good to know
You need your own BillDesk merchant account on the v1.2 API with shared (symmetric) keys, and a store in Indian rupees. Subscriptions and e-mandates are not included. AllPlugin is not affiliated with BillDesk.
