Gift vouchers are money in today and a new customer tomorrow. PDF Gift Vouchers turns any simple product into a voucher: tick one box, set a price, done.

A gift that looks like one

The buyer says who it is for, adds a message and, if they like, the recipient's email. When the order is paid the recipient gets an email with a PDF voucher: your shop name, the value, the names, the message, the code and the expiry date, in your colour. Leave the email empty and the voucher goes to the buyer to print or pass on.

Fixed or chosen amounts

Sell fixed vouchers such as $25, $50 and $100, or let the shopper type the amount between a smallest and largest value you set.

A balance, not a one-shot coupon

The recipient types the code in the normal coupon box. It pays up to its balance, and what is left stays on the voucher for the next order. A cancelled or refunded order puts the money back. Nothing new for your customers to learn: it works wherever WooCommerce accepts a coupon code.

You stay in control

One screen lists every voucher with its balance, order and expiry. Open the PDF, send it again, cancel or reactivate a voucher, or issue one by hand for a prize or a goodwill gesture. Vouchers are issued only once an order is paid.
